1. Architecture & Slot Allocation

Daedalus operates on a strict restriction cap of 50 active allocated software slots. Access is a temporary license provided for private configuration evaluation purposes. Submitting an application logs your network telemetry for verification but does not guarantee slot approval.

2. Hardware & Device Lock

Every approved slot license is compiled uniquely and permanently locked to your submitted System Hardware ID (HWID) fingerprint.

• Account sharing, key sharing, or slot transfers to outside hardware profiles are strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to modify, forge, or rebind a verified HWID to a different user will result in immediate slot revocation without notice or refund.

3. Payment & Subscription Terms

Slot maintenance fees are billed on a recurring monthly schedule via third-party cryptocurrency checkout paths.

• Failure to complete a standard renewal transaction before the 30-day expiration mark opens the slot back up to the waiting pool[cite: 4].
• Due to the resources spent on dedicated binary generation and dynamic offset compiles, all cryptocurrency sales are final and non-refundable.

4. Permitted Use & Liability

Daedalus provides highly experimental, isolated software builds. You accept all liability for testing this payload on your local systems. We are not responsible for software conflicts, administrative actions taken by third-party gaming clients, game publisher bans, or data corruption that occurs from local process injection environments.

5. Termination

Administrators reserve absolute authority to terminate a session, revoke slot access, or delete records from our secure directory if a user is found violating terms, abusing infrastructure, or threatening service integrity.
